Do you barter, trade, “sow seeds” or offer discounted services for churches, pastors and non-profits?
No. As a Chrisitan owned business, MSINK has routinely made every effort to do so in the past and was taken advantage of in every instance. As a consumer, I am also aware that most people will not seek out services with a hosting company, ISP, online printing company, department store or mobile phone comapny and ask them to “sow a seed” and “trade my services with yours”. Our products and services are of no less value; in fact our prices are already well below the market rates. I personally believe that no one will ever be commissioned to take on expenses in a manner that robs another person of payment in exchange for their hard earned labor.
Killed Jobs
If you have consulted with us to do a job and midway through, you decide to cancel the assignment, you will be responsible for paying Miracle Studio Ink for the time put into the job thus far. You will be charged our normal hourly rate for all hours after the initial consultation. The client is financially obligated for all work done, whether or not it is used.
Spec Work
Spec work is any work that a clients requests with no intent on paying for it, but he or she makes the request merely to determine whether they wish to use our company for a project, or to gain ideas and find alternative approaches to using our services. Please do not ask us to do speculative work. Our portfolio speaks for itself, allowing the client to decide if Miracle Studio is the right agency for the job. If you are contacting us merely for “ideas”, we are more than willing to share knowledge to help you. However, please be up front in making the the Consultant aware of your intent so that we can give proper attention to established clients as opposed to stringing us along with no intent to use MSINK for your project or event.
